Cancellation Policy.

Your appointment is incredibly important to us,

that's why we reserve a time especially for you.

We do recognize that scheduling conflicts may arise;

therefore request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

If we don't receive a 48-hour cancellation notice, you will be required to pay a $50 rebooking fee that must be

paid before your next appointment.

A "no show" appointment will be charged a rebooking fee of $100 or 50% of the total cost of services booked prior

to booking another appointment.

If habitual you may no longer be allowed to

book appointments with us.

Please understand if you do not provide GO FIG with enough

notice the opportunity to fill that time frame is missed.

 

Confirmation calls/texts and emails are provided

in advance for your convenience.

Visitors & Animals.

Although the waiting area is cozy,

We do ask that you refrain from bringing any guests.

 

​We also understand that circumstances arise with childcare, but in order for GO FIG  to maintain a relaxing environment for guests,

Please leave your children at home.

Unfortunately, GO FIG and the Department of Public Health Do not allow pets of any kind,  unless they are trained service dogs.  

 

Per the American Disabilities Act, a “service animal” is a dog

that has been individually trained to do work or perform

tasks on behalf of an individual with a disability.

 

The tasks the dog performs must be directly

related to the person’s disability.

 

Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals

are not considered service animals.

We want all of our clients to love their hair,

If you aren't please let us know.

 

We would be happy to make any adjustments at no additional cost within one week of your initial appointment.

Please keep in mind, color services will not be

guaranteed without the purchase of professional

salon products sold by GO FIG.

Redo guarantees do not apply if the client decides to change the original look given from their last visit.


No refunds will be given.

Illness.

We understand sickness happens.

 If you have a cough or cold, or have been in

contact with someone who has tested positive for covid-

Please reschedule your appointment. 

Any person who does not agree to follow these instructions,

may be turned away from their appointment and

charged a cancellation/no show fee.

Privacy.

GO FIG collects information including emails and mailing

addresses via the website, new client forms and in person. 

By providing this information you will receive all discounts,

promotions and any salon announcements.

On some occasions, you may be asked to participate in film production and photos for GO FIG to use 
on social media or our website. 

If you aren't comfortable you may decline- No pressure!

We respect your privacy and promise to 
never share your information.

Laptop Work

Punctuality.

We strive to be on time for our guests but,

sometimes that isn't the case.

In the rare occasion that should happen we will make every effort to

contact you via text prior to your appointment time.

The only way we can ensure punctuality, 
is if every guest arrives on time.


If you are more than ten minutes late, we may refuse, alter or

reschedule your service to the benefit of GO FIG.
